On behalf of our client – operating in the liquid gas and fuel sector we are looking for candidates for the position of:

AP Accountant( SAP) with German+French( m/f)- remote work

• Validation of incoming invoices and documents
• Assignment of invoices to demand units
• Clarification of discrepancies with internal partners
• Processing incoming invoices within your area of responsibility
• Avoiding and reducing losses of cash discounts
• Supporting business units with invoice processing to improve processes
• Liaising with suppliers
• Utilising, further developing and setting up AI assistants and agents

• Very good knowledge of processing incoming invoices
• Very good knowledge of the SAP MM module
• Ideally, experience of working with VIM
• Very good command of German
• Ideally, good command of French
• A positive attitude, as well as an interest in and enjoyment of working with artificial intelligence
• Good knowledge of Excel
• High motivation and a willingness to play an active role within the team
• Willingness to occasional visits in German HQ
