Head of Recruitment (Engineering + Software)

On behalf of our client – a leading provider of advanced solutions for the automotive sector – we are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Head of Recruitment (Engineering + Software)

• Leading and developing a 4-person recruitment team.
• Independently managing recruitment processes for senior and architect-level positions in the automotive sector.
• Building sourcing strategies and fostering close cooperation with internal clients.
• Close collaboration with Business Unit Leaders and the COO.
• Participating in the design and optimization of recruitment processes.
• Cooperating with international clients, mainly from the German and US markets.

• Minimum 6–7 years of recruitment experience, including in the automotive sector (engineering + software).
• Understanding of project-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of technical domains such as AUTOSAR, cybersecurity, and ADAS.
• Experience working with international markets – especially the German market.
• Leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on technical and subject-matter expertise.
• Independence, proactivity, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English – a must.
• German – nice to have; Polish – optional.
