·      managing and developing a team of operator consultants

·      ensure a friction free customer experience for our clients and an efficient operation 

·      extensive contact with tenants, from time to time B2B customers and various suppliers

·      identify, plan and execute improvements and changes to training in cooperation with COO

·      analyze performance and adjust KPI in cooperation with CFO

·      internal cooparation with CTO (improving clients digital surfaces - and optimizing for self service)

·      the right mindset - understanding that a high degree of service must go hand in hand with operational excellence

·      management experience

·      fluent English is a must 

·      work in international environment is huge advantage

·      experience in service management, apartment rental, the hotel or travel industry or call center is a plus 

·      Scandinavian language is a plus
