Jobhouse Ltd., for its Customer, world-class leader in service industry, is looking for a person to work in the position of:

Field Supervisor - IT Support & Maintenance

France, Paris

• long term contract – 5 weeks holidays per year

• gain high level of competencies on Conex technical systems to be able to communicate and give feedback to NY development teams on failures.
• manage preventive and curative maintenances in a digital environment in retail – remote maintenance (SSH / VNC)
• manage daily ticketing and plan all necessary actions in stores (in respect of pre-agreed with customers)
• help growing local fitters teams in Europe, Middle East, India, APAC
• train local fitters teams on good practices for installations and maintenances of Conex digital devices
• be the live assistance support for maintenances in retail and travel retail with local fitters – if not possible remotely, travel to the stores with local teams
• understand and analyse failures in store and give feedback to development teams for continuous improvement 

• technical education
• knowledge and experience with linux, windows, computer hardware, command line and SQL systems
• minimum of 4 years in computer network maintenance
• advanced knowledge of English
• ease of communication
• very strong team spirit
• high ability to solve problems
• knowledge of programming and artificial intelligence will be ideal
