Jobhouse Ltd., for its Customer, world-class leader in property, is looking for a person to work in the position of:

Application Specialist

Cracow

• salary in the range of PLN 7.000 - 10.000 gross per month

• responsibility for for the acceptance of faults and error analysis by telephone, ticket system and in person.
• qualifying, prioritizing and escalating incoming tickets
• finding independent solutions for 2nd level tickets for the IT applications of the head office and residential buildings, in particular the reservation and billing system
• configuring the reservation and billing systems for each building location 
• contact person for our specialist departments in the Head Office
• being responsible for creating and maintaining documentation on the applications and their configurations
  working on projects both within your team and across other departments
• responsibility for training staff on our systems
• monitoring systems and applications

• completed a commercial apprenticeship e.g. as a hotel clerk or another comparable qualification
• experience in the tourism industry
• good knowledge of MS Windows programs is a prerequisite,
• experience with reservation and distribution systems is welcome
• fluency in English
• first experience in instructing and training users
• willingness to undergo several days of initial training in Austria
• ability to analyze and implement technical requirements
• motivation to learn and quick grasp of knowledge
