For our client – a company in the paints and construction chemicals industry – we are looking for a person to support the team in administrative and analytical tasks related to the Czech and Slovak markets.

We are listed in the National Register of Employment Agencies under number 7097.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Cleaning and organizing the database of paint sales points in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
  • Categorizing products (mainly paints) based on descriptions found on store and manufacturer websites.
  • Telephone contact with sales points in the Czech Republic and Slovakia to confirm product availability.
  • Language and cultural consultations (related to the CZ/SK markets) – general support for the team.

 

Employer requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and Slovak.
  • Good knowledge of Excel (working with data sheets, filtering, sorting, basic functions).
  • Strong telephone communication skills – mainly with sellers and owners of small retail outlets.
  • Independence, reliability, and attention to detail.
