At the moment, for our client, a real estate company, we are looking for candidates for the position of:

 

Deputy Resident Manager/Receptionist/Front Desk 

Wrocław / Kraków

Do Twoich zadań będzie należało

  • day-to-day supervising guest, to ensure they have the best possible time in property
  • connect with the student community, knowing exactly what's always going on and how to cater to their needs
  • support the Resident Manager by fulfilling the operational tasks
  • actively support Resident Managers in resolving property-related issues promptly, in timeliness and accuracy of internal documentation as well as financial and operational reporting
  • reception coverage together with and without the Resident Manager
  • in the absence of the RM log incidents and complaints according to Service Specifications, escalating high priority matters as needed
  • collaborate with the Resident Team, Sales and Marketing Col-leagues, and our other Resident Manager & Team 
  • responding to inquiries and complaints from residents 
  • answering of Customer Reservation Requests
  • assistance to the RM in fulfilling of Quality Management such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Local Operating Pro-cedures (LOPs)

U kandydatów zwracamy uwagę na

  • preferably degree in hospitality
  • experience in the hospitality branch
  • proven track record in guest relationship management
  • stress resistant for peak periods for big check- in/check- out moves
  • several years of practical experience at the Front Office as FO Supervisor with team leading experience in the hotel or accommodation sector is an advantage
  • fluent in both Polish and English (oral and written)
  • high service-focused mentality with a proactive, logical working style
  • excellent MS Office skills, in particular MS Excel
  • PMS and CRS experience are an advantage
  • motivated and cheerful person with a flexible, hands-on approach
