Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing</b> Your personal data are processed for the following purposes: a) to conduct the recruitment process for which you are applying based on the Controllers legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting in the proper execution of recruitment services and processes. b) to conduct future recruitment processes and store your CV in our candidate database based on your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time. c) to provide your data to the Controllers clients carrying out recruitment processes only after obtaining your separate, prior consent (Article 6(1 (a) GDPR). d) to establish, pursue, or defend against claims related to recruitment processes based on the Controllers legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you provide special category data (Article 9(1) GDPR), their processing takes place solely on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time. <b>4. Categories of Data Processed</b> We process data you provide, which may include: name, surname, contact details, education, qualifications, experience, skills, professional preferences, and any other data contained in your CV or application documents. <b>5. Data Recipients</b> Your personal data may be made available to our clients conducting recruitment activities, but only following your separate consent given each time before the start of a specific recruitment process. Data may also be processed by entities cooperating with the Controller that provide services essential for the operation of recruitment processes and IT systems, such as: providers of recruitment software, IT service providers (hosting, maintenance, security), advisory and professional support providers (HR, payroll, audit), legal service providers, communication support platforms (e.g., mailing services). All such entities process data on the basis of data processing agreements compliant with Article 28 GDPR. <b>6. Transfers Outside the EEA</b> Your data are not transferred outside the European Economic Area. Should such a transfer become necessary in the future, you will be informed of the safeguards applied prior to any transfer. <b>7. Data Retention Period</b> Data processed for ongoing recruitment: until the completion of the recruitment process and for the period necessary to defend against claims (maximum 12 months). Data processed based on consent for future recruitment: up to 5 years, or until consent is withdrawn. Data shared with clients: for the period determined by those data controllers, of which you will be informed separately. <b>8. Your Rights</b> You have the right to: - access your data and obtain copies, - rectify your data, - erase your data, - restrict processing, - data portability, - object to processing, - withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). Voluntary Provision of Data</b> Providing your data and consenting to their processing for future recruitment is voluntary; however, failure to provide data will prevent us from storing your data in our candidate database and from sending you future job opportunities. <b>10. Automated Decision-Making</b> Your data will not be subject to automated decision making, including profiling.

<b>I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in my submitted CV and application documents by Jobhouse Sp. z o.o. for the purpose of conducting future recruitment processes and including my data in the candidate database for a maximum period of 5 years from the date of giving this consent. I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal, and that after 5 years I will be asked to renew my consent; if I do not respond, my data will be deleted.</b>
